QA Manager

Money Forward accepts open applications for QA Manager roles across its group services, for people who have not picked a specific position or want to hear about the roles first. Applicants who pass document screening are matched to a position that fits their wishes and background. The company runs more than 30 services and works on both improving existing products and building new ones.

Example positions include a management role improving a product whose weak quality creates business risk, a department head role in a business unit that leads improvement of development and test processes, and the head of QA for a new business, who would be the only QA person there, decide what quality should look like and plan staffing across Japan, India and Vietnam together with the chief quality officer. Typical duties are reviewing functional and non-functional requirements, quality analysis, test planning and execution, defect reporting and test automation.

Applicants need basic software testing knowledge at JSTQB Foundation level or higher, test automation experience, web-service QA experience, test planning experience and seven or more years including engineering experience. Business-level Japanese and English around TOEIC 700 are required.
