Product Manager

The Product Manager will work on Loglass, a cloud management system for corporate management and budget-versus-actual management. The role focuses strongly on product discovery: collecting primary information, identifying fundamental problems in management operations, formulating hypotheses from business, development, and operations perspectives, and maximizing product outcomes.

Responsibilities include defining the product vision and roadmap, planning solutions to user problems, managing new feature development and feature improvements, directing development in coordination with engineers and designers, setting problems, validating hypotheses, analyzing the product, and working with business teams to execute marketing strategy. Depending on skills and experience, the position may serve as Product Manager for a feature team, lead across multiple product teams, or manage a product for a new business.

Required qualifications include practical experience as a Product Manager, experience conducting research and gathering primary user information, experience defining problems to solve and prioritizing approaches, and leadership and communication skills for involving stakeholders inside and outside the product development team. Product management experience does not need to be in SaaS or B2B products.

Desired experience includes understanding business requirements and discussing system specifications as a SaaS product; setting NSM and KPI targets and leading a development team; understanding agile software development and practicing Scrum or similar methods; designing systems or selecting technologies while considering scale as a product grows; and product management, implementation consulting, design, or development experience for management-accounting or EPM SaaS and B2B software products.

This is a regular full-time position. The probationary period is three months and may be extended to a maximum of six months.

Work from home is available.
