Responsibilities include collaborating with the product manager and planning members on development plans, deciding the team's overall technical direction, architecture design and review, supporting resolution of technical issues, code review and mentoring, various testing, and maintenance/operations of the OEM product. Tech stack: TypeScript and Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, AWS, plus GraphQL, Kubernetes, and Terraform (subject to change). Required: 5+ years of software development experience, team lead experience (leading a team of 3 or more), system architecture design experience, experience designing and implementing authentication/authorization, understanding of modern development practices such as CI/CD and test-driven development, and communication and leadership skills. Preferred: experience with B2B/toB SaaS products across requirements definition, development, and operations, plus enterprise project experience. Annual salary: 9,000,000–13,200,000 JPY, paid in 12 monthly installments, including 45 hours of deemed overtime pay; work arrangement may be flextime, discretionary labor, or a managerial-supervisor position depending on duties.
