Salesforce Financial Services Cloud CRM Strategy Specialist

This role belongs to the IT governance department's sales support team and leads CRM enhancement centered on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. The position develops and executes plans for using customer data in an integrated way to support data-driven sales transformation across sales teams, vendors, and IT.

Responsibilities include defining requirements for Financial Services Cloud, designing business processes, and strengthening system functionality. The role designs data integration between CRM and other systems, creates data models, plans and promotes the introduction of data platforms using technologies such as Snowflake, manages vendors and project progress, quality, and issues, and supports deployment and adoption in the field.

Required experience includes participation in Salesforce implementation projects, preferably involving Financial Services Cloud, with practical experience covering requirements definition through implementation and operation. Applicants must also have practical experience introducing a data warehouse or designing data integrations, including internal and external data integration using data platforms such as Snowflake and APIs. Experience in CRM design or business process improvement and project management, including stakeholder coordination, is required.

The role requires the ability to create and execute CRM and data-utilization strategies and roadmaps, lead consensus building with multiple internal departments and vendors, and propose operational improvements based on understanding of the workplace. Experience in the securities or financial services industry, Salesforce implementation or operations, Salesforce certification, data management design, cloud platforms, or infrastructure design is welcomed. Experience in retail or corporate sales is also welcomed.

The position is full-time and open-ended, with a six-month probationary period. The work location is the Harumi office in Chuo, Tokyo.
