Tailor develops an AI-native, headless ERP platform and delivers customer projects on it through its Professional Services group. The Solutions Architect works inside that group, taking part from the pre-sales stage through delivery.
The architect identifies customer problems, designs the business process and the solution, implements it and carries it through delivery without handing off midway, working directly with enterprise clients to pick up their business domain quickly. Solutions found on individual projects are abstracted into reusable form and fed back into Tailor Platform.
