This role combines engineering recruitment with HRBP responsibilities for Hacobu’s expanding engineering organization. The position works with engineering leaders and business divisions to address organizational issues and support growth. The engineering group is developing existing products, building a full-cycle development structure, and strengthening a data platform for logistics data. Hacobu operates a logistics information platform that connects fragmented data, including the MOVO Berth service.

Recruitment responsibilities cover the full hiring process. The role will define target candidates, design sourcing channels, and set hiring KPIs. It will create job descriptions and scouting messages, plan recruitment communications, design interviews, and train interviewers. The position will also coordinate with relevant teams on onboarding after joining and retention support, while improving the candidate experience through the selection process.

As an HRBP, the role will work closely with division heads, the CTO, and the VPoE. Responsibilities include developing and supporting the execution of organizational strategies and workforce plans, coordinating with business teams on staffing plans, transfers, and assignments, and using engagement data to drive improvement actions. The role will analyze organizational issues and connect the findings to human-resources measures. It will also plan and operate training and talent-development programs.
