Responsibilities include planning, editing and publishing health-article content; producing and configuring user emails for campaign announcements and behavior-change initiatives; creating and publishing advertising pages; assisting with campaign pages for benefits and challenges; checking basic results such as open and click rates; and updating and maintaining service websites and landing pages.
Applicants must have at least one year of experience planning, editing and publishing web content, practical experience publishing or updating content through a CMS, and experience creating HTML emails or operating email distribution. Basic PC skills using Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets are also required.
Experience creating content for healthcare or health-related media, practical web marketing experience including email marketing or landing-page production, basic design skills using tools such as Canva or Figma, foundational access-analysis knowledge using Google Analytics or similar tools, knowledge of healthcare expression regulations such as the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act and Health Promotion Act, and experience using generative AI such as ChatGPT are welcomed.
The position is expected to begin on or after August 1, 2026. The initial contract is planned for 31 days, followed by contracts renewed every three months. Working time is based on six actual hours between 10:00 and 17:00, with consultation possible. The first working day requires arrival at 9:30 for orientation. Work is one or two days per week, with approximately two or three office days per month and remote work possible on other days. Overtime is not required.
