UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will work on Tebiki’s two in-house products, tebiki現場教育 and tebiki現場分析. The role covers product UI/UX design and experience design for frontline workers in manufacturing, retail, logistics, construction, food service and hotels.

The products address operational and training challenges for deskless workers. tebiki現場教育 is a video-based DX SaaS for frontline education, while tebiki現場分析 is a manufacturing-focused SaaS for digitizing field reports and enabling analysis of operational data. Users may work with different communication environments, devices and levels of familiarity with web services, so the role requires consideration of varied usage conditions. The products are also increasingly used by enterprise companies.

Responsibilities include designing product UI/UX, conducting user interviews through prototyping, collaborating with product managers and engineers, making decisions from a UI/UX perspective, and understanding the relevant domain and use cases with the development team. The role also includes building and operating a design system and creating and maintaining design-related guidelines. Product design work spans the product lifecycle from upstream to downstream activities.
