Designer

RAKSUL is hiring designers for its company-wide design division, which supports each business with product design (UI/UX) and communication design. The team is young and growing, and members work with product managers, engineers and business staff to design better customer experiences.

Product designers do UI design, user interviews, prototyping, user testing and information and experience design. The product design manager is a player-manager who joins upstream work with product managers and engineers on requirements and experience design, designs information and UI for products with complex workflows and data, validates with prototypes and user tests, works with engineers on implementation and design QA, and builds the design organization: review flow, design system, goal setting, evaluation, hiring and design operations such as Figma rules and AI tools.

Applicants need web or app product design experience equivalent to five years, practical prototyping or MVP creation in Figma, smooth communication with engineers and PMs, the ability to explain design intent, and usability-minded UI experience. Managers need management experience or the will to manage. A portfolio is required.
