About this role
The Product Designer will lead design for core products across web applications, tablets, and mobile applications. The role covers the end-to-end product experience, from administration screens used by small and medium-sized businesses to storefronts used by customers.
Responsibilities include gathering requirements, planning and generating ideas from the early stages of projects, leading the design process, and continuously improving usability and accessibility. The product platform includes online shop creation, point-of-sale, cashless payments, reservations, and an AI-based business support application. Designers may propose and drive projects initiated from design and develop new solutions for the product portfolio. User understanding, UX improvement, data-based experimentation, and personalization are among the approaches described for improving products.
