Money Forward is hiring a Lead Product Designer for UI and UX across the Money Forward Cloud services, which number more than twenty and range from mature to new products. The designer first serves as the dedicated lead designer for one product, working in the same team as the product manager and engineers, with chances to work across several products.
The designer handles the product from end to end: user research (qualitative and quantitative), insight analysis, personas, user stories, service blueprints and customer journeys, requirements and information design, wireframes and UI design in Figma. Depending on interests, the person can also join product strategy and plan workshops.
Applicants need experience leading UI and UX design of a mid- to large-scale web application, a record of finding problems on their own, practical research and analysis skills and knowledge of object-oriented UI modelling. Openness to English communication is required. Design system experience is preferred.
