The planner will plan and direct avatar fashion items, virtual-space events, and campaigns to keep users returning daily and to grow revenue and active users through PDCA. Duties include drafting and executing short- and long-term content strategy, directing new avatar fashion and virtual-event concepts through to production, planning and running events and operational measures aligned with marketing strategy, and contributing to new feature development. The team currently has about 60 members across three Pigg-branded services. Required experience: end-to-end planning, execution, and production as a planner; running service operations and PDCA based on numeric analysis; KPI-aware management of progress, quality, and cost; and driving planning initiatives in coordination with marketing and development. Preferred: quantitative/qualitative research feeding service strategy, planning or product development for consumer mobile games, community, or SNS services, new monetization approaches, SNS-driven user acquisition and growth, data analysis using various tools, and launching new services. Work is principally three days in-office and two remote days per week (negotiable), based at the Tokyo head office in Shibuya-ku.
