Pachislot Payout Planner

This role plans and designs payout systems for pachislot machines. Responsibilities include reviewing payout specifications, designing payout structures, creating reel sequences, preparing stop data, and developing simulators.

Applicants must have extensive knowledge of and a strong interest in pachinko and pachislot machines, along with at least five years of pachislot development experience. The role also requires the ability to communicate proactively with other team members.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge, technical skills, and practical experience in pachislot development; an understanding of regulations governing gaming machines; logical thinking; an interest in developing new machine specifications; and a continuing commitment to improvement and exploration. Experience as a team leader or in management is also welcomed.

The position is a full-time permanent role based in Taito-ku, Tokyo. Working hours are 9:00 to 17:30, with standard working hours of 7.5 hours per day.
