The designer joins a team of 11 and works with directors, UX designers, product managers and engineers on design tied to user experience, sales and growth in monthly active users.
The designer produces UI design for the web and apps, proposes UI and UX improvements from user behaviour data, builds wireframes and prototypes from plans and requirements, makes graphic creative such as banners where possible, and coordinates with other departments. The work spans upstream concept and requirements through to UI production and checking, and the designer is welcome to start improvements on their own initiative. Tools are Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
