The position is a permanent employee role based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Standard working hours are 8:30 to 17:15, with an eight-hour scheduled workday and a 45-minute break. Flextime-style staggered start times are available, with nine start-time options between 6:30 and 9:00. Telework is available, but staggered hours cannot be used on telework days. The standard holiday schedule is two days off per week on Saturdays and Sundays, public holidays, annual leave and other leave, with 125 annual holidays. Weekend or long-holiday work may occur approximately two or three times per month, with substitute leave available. The initial trial period is six months with no change in treatment. Salary is JPY 5,000,000 to JPY 8,000,000 annually, including overtime pay.
