Required qualifications are business-level Japanese, foundational computer science knowledge including algorithms and data structures, and experience developing as part of a team using version control tools such as Git. The development environment includes Swift and Kotlin for mobile applications; Vue and TypeScript for frontend development; Node.js and TypeScript for server-side development; GCP, Cloud Run and Firebase Functions for infrastructure; GCP, AWS and Cloud Run for SRE; and MySQL and BigQuery for databases. ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Slack and Notion are also listed among the tools used. Docker experience and basic knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or GCP are welcome. Business-level English, awards in technical contests such as hackathons or ISUCON, and contributions to open-source software with more than 500 stars are also welcome.
The position is full-time and based in Shibuya, Tokyo. Working hours use a discretionary labor system. The position includes a six-month probationary period, annual salary review, and a possible performance-based year-end bonus.
