Using ANDPAD Analytics and accumulated customer data, the role analyzes management figures, proposes improvements, and provides ongoing consulting to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Data migration responsibilities include defining requirements, setting migration schedules, monitoring progress, and responding to problems during the migration.
Applicants must have at least one of the following: business consulting experience such as process improvement or cost reduction; sales or implementation consulting experience at an ERP vendor, including requirements definition or customer training; enterprise proposal sales or customer success experience at a cloud accounting-system or SaaS company; or experience leading an internal process-improvement or system-implementation project at an operating company. Preferred experience includes ERP implementation project management or PMO work, practical data migration involving mapping, requirements definition and customer negotiation, basic accounting or finance knowledge equivalent to Bookkeeping Grade 3 or above, change management, and cost management in construction or building operations.
