ANDPAD has launched ANDPAD Stellarc, an AI product for the construction industry, and is scaling AI delivery across enterprise clients. As Senior Deployment Strategist, this role owns the largest, most complex AI delivery projects, building consensus with client executives and steering projects to success amid conflicting interests. It also monitors multiple projects at once, optimizing resource allocation and catching risks early to protect delivery quality organization-wide. A core responsibility is codifying successes and failures across projects into a repeatable AI-deployment playbook, and standardizing the Stellarc rollout process. The role also mentors junior Deployment Strategists and Forward Deployed Engineers.
Required: PM/PL experience at a strategy or IT consulting firm or SIer, from requirements definition through delivery; experience managing 5+ person teams or running multiple projects in parallel; a track record negotiating with executive-level client stakeholders; and experience translating abstract business problems into technical requirements while leading engineering teams. Preferred: manager-or-above experience at a major consulting firm, experience scaling a professional-services organization, and AI/data or new-business launch experience.
