Corporate IT Engineer

ExaWizards is hiring a Corporate IT Engineer as a core member of its corporate IT team, taking internal IT infrastructure from planning and design through build, operation and improvement. The role goes beyond routine support: the engineer thinks about what the IT foundation should look like as the business and organisation grow, and drives it with stakeholders.

Duties include medium- and long-term planning, design, building and operation of corporate IT, setting and running policy for devices (Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android), help-desk work on corporate IT and security questions with operational improvements, and planning IT measures that raise productivity. Depending on strength and interest, the engineer may also build and run internal infrastructure, automate management of the IT base and business workflows, and handle office expansion and layout changes. Generative AI is used often in this work.

Applicants need business-level Japanese, experience designing, building and running corporate IT environments, PC kitting and device deployment, managing Windows, Mac or Linux devices, using cloud services such as AWS, Azure or GCP, and help-desk work. Scripting or macro automation, network experience and business-level English are preferred.
