Candidates must be able to organize internal analysis topics and independently carry out the full process from hypothesis design to analysis, deriving insights and proposing actions. They must also have basic knowledge of statistical analysis and be able to communicate and coordinate smoothly with people around them.

Experience analyzing data in the game or entertainment industry is welcomed. Experience using Python, R, or SQL for data analysis, as well as experience with Databricks or business intelligence tools, is also welcomed. Business-level English is welcomed, and daily conversational English is also accepted. Regularly engaging with games or having an interest in games is welcomed.

The position is full-time. Depending on skills and experience, a contract-employee offer may be presented instead. The stated annual salary range is JPY 5.5 million to JPY 9.5 million. The work location is in Shinagawa, Tokyo.
