Forward Deployed Engineer

This Forward Deployed Engineer role sits within a team that partners with customers to turn research breakthroughs into production systems. The work connects customer delivery with core platform development and focuses on deploying frontier models in real-world environments.

The engineer owns technical delivery across multiple deployments, from discovery and scoping through system design, prototyping, stable production rollout, and adoption. Responsibilities include building full-stack systems, contributing directly to production code, embedding with customer teams, sequencing delivery, removing blockers, and turning successful working patterns into tools, playbooks, or reusable building blocks. The role also feeds deployment and evaluation results back to Research and Product teams. The posting names Python and JavaScript, frontend and backend development, LLMs, and generative models.

Applicants should bring at least five years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
