Required qualifications include experience using a foundation in software development or UX design to transform or improve a design organization or project; understanding and practical experience deploying development processes such as Agile or Scrum in a design organization; experience engaging multiple stakeholders across design, engineering, and business divisions to achieve cross-organizational results; and experience identifying organizational or project issues and establishing solutions as systems or processes. Candidates should be comfortable communicating in English with a view to overseas collaboration and should be willing to continue improving their English skills. Experience with building, operating, or embedding DesignOps or design systems; improving design processes using AI or frontend technologies; creating UX quality or design governance mechanisms; and planning or leading designer development and organizational capability initiatives is welcomed.

The team covers B2B products, services, UX, UI, and branding, connecting hardware, software, and services to create consistent customer experiences. Members work across UX, UI, communication, and spatial design specialties, with cross-functional collaboration and global projects.

The position is full-time in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Hybrid work is available, with an average of three to four office days per week. Standard working hours are 9:00–17:30, with a flextime system and no core hours; overtime may occur. The annual salary range is JPY 13.3–18.1 million. The role includes a three-month probationary period.
