About this role

The SDET will lead quality design from the early stages of in-vehicle system development and build test engineering and automation infrastructure across hardware and software. The role develops an overall quality process and test strategy in collaboration with hardware engineers, software engineers, QA and product managers.

Responsibilities include creating quality and verification plans for Android OS and applications, in-vehicle devices such as payment terminals and meters, networks, and location services. The role also builds and operates CI infrastructure, improves development and release workflows, and implements automated end-to-end tests. It includes planning and implementing simulator and mock environments that do not depend on physical devices.

The role proposes and carries out flexible verification approaches, including field testing performed while riding in actual taxi vehicles. Test results and quality indicators, including coverage and defect trends, are visualized and fed back into the product and development process.

Desired experience includes Android application E2E testing with tools such as Appium, CI/CD environment construction and operation, quality assurance work, hardware development work, and public cloud operations.

The development environment includes Kotlin, TypeScript, SQL, Android Jetpack, Kotlin coroutines, Appium, Firebase, GCP, BigQuery, GitHub Actions and Bitrise. The position belongs to the IoT Development Department within the IoT Division and works on vehicle systems supporting taxi services and mobility operations.
