Algomatic's Organizational Transformation division supports enterprise clients through AI-driven business and organizational change, from initial diagnosis through consulting, training, and hands-on implementation. This role covers four main areas: (1) working with clients to identify business challenges, visualize workflows, and build stakeholder consensus on where AI can replace or streamline work; (2) building AI agents and business-support tools using low-code/AI platforms such as Copilot Studio, Google Workspace Studio, and Claude, including prototyping and iterating based on client feedback; (3) designing and delivering AI-adoption training and workshops for client organizations, including serving as instructor/facilitator and supporting post-training adoption; and (4) supporting AI transformation projects more broadly — preparing project and proposal materials, coordinating with PMs and consultants, and helping design client AI-promotion structures and talent-development programs.
Advanced development experience is not required at the outset. Candidates are expected to bring interpersonal negotiation skills, problem-structuring ability, and drive, then build AI/low-code tool skills on the job, with a career path toward AI project PM, AI adoption consultant, or AI builder/developer. Second-career new graduates (第二新卒) and non-developers are welcome. Full-time position based in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, with a hybrid office/remote work arrangement.
