Technical Product Manager

Tailor builds the AI-native headless ERP platform Tailor Platform and a Professional Services business that delivers customer projects on it. The Technical Product Manager is a member of Professional Services whose background is product management; the title marks a technical strength, not a rank. The person owns success from pre-sales problem identification through business design, solution design, implementation and delivery.

The manager works directly with customers inside varied enterprise operations, learns each domain quickly, contributes to customer growth as a team player, and abstracts solutions to customers' problems into reusable form that improves Tailor Platform.

Applicants need five or more years of product development in a specific area as an engineer, two or more years of project management that runs from customer negotiation and requirements definition through development, native-level Japanese for technical communication, and the ability to work in the office in principle. Enterprise domain understanding, leading AI-native product work, cross-project technical influence and GraphQL are preferred, along with business English.
