MakeLeaps, a wholly owned Ricoh subsidiary, develops a cloud billing platform for companies and sole proprietors. Users can create estimates, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices and other business documents, route them for approval, send them electronically or by post, and track receivables and reconcile bank payments.
The service earns revenue through monthly plans priced by users and active customers, plus paid options and postal delivery; card payments carry transaction fees. It also offers MakeLeaps for Salesforce and integrations with bank accounts, direct debit, accounting tools and kintone. The company reports more than 6,800 paid customer organizations.
