The role leads digital marketing for assigned businesses in collaboration with their business representatives. Responsibilities include developing strategies, preparing and managing budgets, and carrying out initiatives from planning through execution. The specialist is expected to consider what each business needs from a digital marketing perspective and take responsibility for advancing those activities.

Operating structures differ by business, including in-house and advertising-agency models. The role includes designing an appropriate operating structure and maintaining the capability to execute under either model. Close coordination with external partners, including media companies and advertising agencies, is required to maximize the effectiveness of initiatives.

In addition to work for individual businesses, the position contributes to strengthening the company-wide marketing organization. Activities include reviewing completed initiatives, sharing findings and knowledge, tracking and sharing the latest media information and examples, and helping develop team members. The initial focus is digital marketing, with the possibility of expanding into marketing activities beyond the digital field in the future.

The work location is the Shibuya office in Tokyo or the Yokohama office, with remote work from an employee’s home or another company-approved equivalent location.
