This role covers organizational HR (DevHR) for the development division, spanning three areas: recruiting, technical PR, and organizational development. In recruiting, responsibilities include identifying the development division's hiring needs, defining requirements, visualizing target candidates, planning and executing sourcing strategy across agencies, direct recruiting, job boards, and referrals, and managing recruiting KPIs. In technical PR, the role plans and runs the company tech blog, supports participation and speaking at technical conferences, helps disseminate technical knowledge, and fosters a culture of outward-facing communication among development staff. In organizational development, responsibilities include maximizing development productivity, designing and improving onboarding, optimizing development processes, planning training and study sessions, and building and spreading company culture. Required experience includes basic knowledge of software engineering and development processes, project management experience across multi-stakeholder development or HR initiatives, experience conducting casual interviews or formal interviews in a hiring process, technical PR experience (writing/running a tech blog, planning events, sponsoring conferences), and end-to-end recruiting experience from sourcing through closing. Preferred experience includes leading one of the three areas above, leading new-graduate or mid-career recruiting for engineers or designers, technical PR using personal or company SNS, launching or running a corporate tech blog, evaluating or developing careers of product-org members, and experience as a team leader, tech lead, or engineering manager. Full-time, indefinite-term employment (3-month probation, no condition changes during probation) based in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, with flextime (10:00-19:00, core hours 11:00-16:00). Annual salary is JPY 4,500,000-7,250,000 depending on skills and experience.
