Preferred experience includes leading one of the three areas above, leading new-graduate or mid-career recruiting for engineers or designers, technical PR using personal or company SNS, launching or running a corporate tech blog, evaluating or developing careers of product-org members, and experience as a team leader, tech lead, or engineering manager. Full-time, indefinite-term employment (3-month probation, no condition changes during probation) based in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, with flextime (10:00-19:00, core hours 11:00-16:00). Annual salary is JPY 4,500,000-7,250,000 depending on skills and experience.
