Technical Sales, After-Sales Service

This regular full-time position is with Kubota Air Conditioner Co., Ltd., a Kubota group company that develops, manufactures, sells, and services commercial central air-conditioning equipment. The role handles after-sales customer support and technical sales for large systems installed in factories, buildings, and other large facilities. Customers include subcontractors, building owners, maintenance companies, and trading companies.

The work includes surveying sites where products are already installed and securing orders for periodic inspections, repairs, and renewal projects. Core responsibilities are negotiating prices, managing schedules, and arranging workers. On-site work is generally carried out by cooperating partner companies. The technical sales organization has 18 members. The products are central air-conditioning systems used in large commercial buildings and by major manufacturers.

Required experience is sales of industrial products or service-engineer experience that includes customer negotiations. A standard first-class driver's license is required. Knowledge of the air-conditioning industry is welcomed. The role values business-trip readiness, attentive listening, and enjoyment of conversation with people as desired personal qualities. Eligible education includes high school, technical college, vocational school, junior college, university, or graduate school. No specific software, programming language, or other named digital technology is listed.

The probationary period is three months with no change to working conditions. The selection process is document screening, a first interview held online, a final interview held in person or online, and an offer. Travel expenses are paid for in-person interviews.
