At least two of the following experiences or skills are required: one or more years of planning or operating B2B seminars, webinars, or conferences; experience operating an in-person event attended by 100 or more people; at least one year of direct client work without an agency intermediary; project-management skills involving multiple stakeholders such as partner companies and production firms; and experience preparing estimates and managing budgets.
Preferred qualifications include marketing experience at a B2B company, stage progression experience, experience at a startup or in launching a business, and experience as an event moderator or MC.
The position is a regular employee role based in Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. The company requires office attendance once a month and currently averages two to three office days per week.
