Merchandise Designer

The Merchandise Designer creates visual assets for Fanicon and other THECOO services. Fanicon is a monthly membership communication app that connects entertainers and artists directly with their fans in a closed community. The role focuses on visual creative work and may include other design assignments based on the person’s interests and experience.

Responsibilities include producing original stamps used in Fanicon, announcement images for point-based scratch lotteries, merchandise designs, membership benefits for newly opened communities, and flyers that promote membership. The position also includes administrative work related to merchandise production, such as purchase-order and billing management.

Applicants must be able to perform basic operations in Illustrator and Photoshop, understand the fundamentals of graphic design typography and layout, and have acquired basic knowledge of simple photo editing. Professional experience as a graphic or web designer is required.

Experience with animation production in After Effects, video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, and photo retouching is welcomed. Interest in the entertainment industry, sensitivity to trends, anime or manga-style illustration skills, and strength in portrait illustration are also listed as welcome qualifications.
