Customer Success Lead Candidate

This Customer Success leader-candidate role supports onboarding and project delivery for MerryBiz's back-office-focused business platform, Virtual Accounting Assistant. The business also has a DX consulting service launched in 2022. Working with consultants, the role directs client projects and helps optimize coordination among customers, consultants, staff, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities include tracking project progress and risks, preparing for and leading customer meetings, and coordinating among customers, assigned consultants, and staff. The role shares, organizes, systematizes, and updates events and knowledge from individual projects. It also supports project planning and promotes improvement proposals.

The position develops mechanisms to optimize support structures and improve service quality, including establishing management tools. It leads cross-department collaboration initiatives and internal work reforms and efficiency improvements. The role supports team members and is expected to take on management responsibilities in the future.

Over time, the scope extends beyond individual results to building a repeatable support structure, standardizing operational processes, developing successors, and helping lead the next-generation team organization.
