Customer Success

This Customer Success role supports existing customers using EventHub, an event-marketing platform for webinars, conferences, exhibitions, academic meetings and business meetings. The position is being added as the company strengthens its sales function for further business growth.

Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering EventHub onboarding programs, providing regular advice on product use and operations, and helping customers solve event-marketing challenges. The role also proposes ways to encourage continued use and expand customer use of EventHub through upselling. It identifies product requests and customer issues for internal feedback, and supports customers by helping them understand their KPIs and providing information about operating methods that can help them achieve their goals.

Required qualifications include experience selling products or services to corporate customers, including new business sales, account development or customer success, or experience in corporate consulting. The posting also requires motivation to create businesses and either experience working in an organization of 100 or fewer people or experience participating in the launch of a new product or new business.

Preferred qualifications include corporate sales experience at a martech operating company, experience in in-house marketing, and practical experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.

The position is a regular employee role. The salary is subject to discussion. The work location is in Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Working conditions include a five-day workweek with two weekly days off, annual paid leave, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and summer vacation.
