The position also contributes actively to service development. Understanding the company’s recipes and content is important for making concrete meal proposals, including suggestions that extend through the preparation of actual meals. The role supports patients and people seeking disease prevention, including users who have been given dietary instructions by a hospital.

Applicants must hold a registered dietitian qualification. Experience in nutrition consultations is particularly relevant. The required knowledge includes basic dietary therapies recommended in medical settings with a high level of evidence, as well as the ability to translate dietary instructions from hospitals into practical meals.

The product provides registered-dietitian-supervised recipes and an AI-based menu-planning function for users managing their health or preventing illness. The company also develops food-guidance solutions for medical institutions and conducts joint clinical research with medical universities. Approximately 10 nutritionists and registered dietitians work across service development, pharmaceutical-company projects, research and development, and user support, alongside engineers and designers.

This is a full-time, mid-career position based in Tokyo. Remote work and core-time flextime are used. Online interviews are available.
