Registered Dietitian – User Nutrition Counseling and Support

This full-time role supports users of the personalized meal-support app Oishi Kenko. The registered dietitian responds to inquiries about how to use the app, health concerns, and meal planning. The role requires a user-first approach and the ability to provide nutrition counseling based on users’ individual situations.

In addition to user support, the role contributes to service development. Understanding the company’s recipes and content is important in order to make practical proposals that extend to actual meal preparation. The position therefore involves actively participating in the development of the service and its content.

Applicants must hold a registered dietitian qualification. Experience in nutrition counseling is particularly relevant. The role requires an understanding of basic dietary therapies recommended in medical settings and supported by strong evidence. Users include not only people seeking disease prevention but also people with illnesses who have received dietary instructions from hospitals. The ability to express those instructions as practical meals is required.

Oishi Kenko operates a personalized food and health service with dietitian-supervised recipes and AI-based menu planning. Its activities also include the healthcare-provider dietary guidance solution Kakaris, new solutions for health insurance associations, joint clinical research with medical institutions, and collaborations with pharmaceutical and food companies. The registered dietitian team includes about 10 nutritionists and registered dietitians working across service development, pharmaceutical-company projects, research and development, and user support.
