Customer Success

This customer success role in the AI Supply Chain Solutions Division supports bookstore services for automated replenishment and ordering. It translates store workflows into service requirements and operating plans, coordinating with publishers, engineers and data scientists. The role advises publishing-sector customers, documents bookstore sales-floor and ordering processes, and helps define requirements, rules and operating plans. It supports onboarding through publisher coordination, bookstore explanations and setup. It then monitors usage, responds to inquiries and organizes issues. With colleagues, it reviews sales, inventory and shipment data to suggest improvements, while managing project goals, customer meetings and progress. Applicants need a university degree or higher and experience in at least one area: planning or improving company processes such as sales promotion, merchandising or demand forecasting; implementing SaaS or business systems and bridging customer workflows with system requirements in customer success; or participating in business development or projects involving data use or store and sales-floor improvements.
