The position supports programs related to Synspective’s StriX satellites across design, development, testing, and operation. The role also involves preparing and consolidating documents containing technical information, creating external proposals and explanatory materials, and delivering presentations. Other responsibilities include developing a future vision through technical and strategic research, considering research and development of next-generation satellites, and examining and establishing a production structure for manufacturing multiple satellites. The work covers a broad range of technical areas and requires communication with diverse stakeholders inside and outside the company.

The position is based at the company’s headquarters in Koto-ku, Tokyo. The office is scheduled to move on November 1, 2026, to Harumi Island Triton Square Office Tower Y, 38F, 1-8-11 Harumi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Day trips to factories, research institutes, and customer sites within the Kanto area may be required. The workplace may be changed to locations designated by the company, including a remote-work location. Indoor smoking is generally prohibited, with an outdoor smoking area available on the premises.
Employment is permanent, with a three-month probationary period and no change in working conditions during probation.
