Review sales and customer feedback to improve future menus and respond when ingredients become unavailable.
Applicants need product or recipe planning experience, experience working in a team, and basic Excel skills. Nutrition knowledge and experience presenting products for ecommerce are welcome. This full-time role is based in Osaki, Tokyo, with annual compensation of ¥4–6 million. Work is primarily office-based, with roughly one remote day a week.
