Engineering Manager, Mobile App Section

This Engineering Manager leads the mobile section supporting Kurashiru and Resichalle, consumer services built around recipe content, shopping support, receipts, and purchasing data. The role sits close to engineering and business leadership, connecting mobile technology decisions with product and organizational priorities.

The position combines hands-on development with management. The manager guides around ten mobile engineers, sets cross-platform architecture and technology direction, improves launch and build performance, and develops the mobile foundation. Responsibilities also include roadmap decisions, technical-debt management, hiring processes, one-to-ones, feedback, career frameworks, and standardizing AI-driven development.
