Corporate Engineer

The Corporate Engineer will help design and operate a company-wide IT foundation that balances speed, stability, security, and governance. The role works directly with executives and department heads to shape IT strategy and determine the direction of IT investment.

Responsibilities include managing IT assets, operating office networks, controlling vendors, and administering internal infrastructure and headquarters network environments. The role also improves internal support by structuring help desk inquiries and using automation to make support processes more efficient.

The position manages authentication and identity administration platforms using major SaaS and IDaaS products. It also uses scripts and automation tools to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. Cross-functional initiatives include IT integration following M&A and the design of an IT governance framework in preparation for a potential public listing.

The organization develops and provides multiple products for pharmacies, including Musubi, a cloud-based electronic medication record and medication guidance tool. Business diversification, M&A, and the growth of group companies have increased the complexity of internal SaaS and business systems, creating a need to redesign the company’s IT operating model.
