The service is being developed to support the digital use of offline purchasing data and to help transform workflows in the manufacturer and retail sectors.
Development is carried out in Scrum by cross-functional teams of approximately four to six people. Engineers, designers, product managers, and business development members discuss goals and work toward KPIs owned by each team. Architecture and design decisions are discussed among engineers, with reasoning documented and feedback exchanged through code and design reviews.
