Required qualifications are basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis, programming experience, availability of at least 10 hours per week, and business-level Japanese, specified as JLPT Level 2 or higher. Preferred qualifications include practical programming experience and deep AI knowledge gained through certifications, research, or personal development. Availability of at least 20 hours per week is also welcomed.
