Preferred experience includes leading or managing PLM, CAD, or PDM implementation and renewal projects; data migration, standardization, and rollout for large-scale systems; IT cost management and license optimization; global projects involving group companies or overseas locations; and design-process reform or business process transformation.

The position is assigned to the Design Systems Section within the IT Strategy Planning Department of the IT Solutions Division. The section has four members. Remote work is available, with a stated work-from-home utilization rate of 20–40%. Flextime is available. Working hours are 8 hours per day, with a super flextime system, and the stated typical overtime is approximately 10–20 hours per month. Annual holidays total 128 days, with a five-day workweek. The probationary period is three months.
