Domain Expert

Tailor builds the AI-native headless ERP platform Tailor Platform and a Professional Services business that delivers customer projects on it. The Domain Expert is a member of Professional Services with deep experience in ERP-related business domains, and the title marks a technical strength, not a rank. The person takes responsibility from pre-sales problem definition through business design, solution design, implementation and delivery .

The expert works directly with customers inside varied enterprise operations, picks up domains quickly, and abstracts solutions into reusable form that improves Tailor Platform. The environment uses TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Playwright, vitest, Docker, Terraform and Datadog, with AI coding agents available.

Applicants need experience carrying engineering accountability and end-to-end delivery in product development (about five or more years of practical experience), at least two years of development tied to a specific domain such as procurement and inventory, sales management, plant maintenance, quality control, production planning, management accounting, project management or financial accounting, native-level Japanese for technical communication and office work in principle. Enterprise domain understanding and GraphQL are preferred.
