Enterprise Solution Architect

This Customer-facing role supports enterprise customers as they transform IT operations through Josys, an identity security and SaaS management platform. It sits at the intersection of solution consulting, customer problem-solving, and account expansion, helping organizations design practical governance for identities, applications, devices, and security processes.

The work includes defining requirements and architectures for authentication and security environments, reviewing existing identity platforms, security policies, and network conditions, and creating migration roadmaps for complex permissions involving employees, contractors, AI agents, and service accounts. The role also proposes solutions to technical constraints and API integration issues, combines SaaS, AI, and BPO capabilities where appropriate, feeds infrastructure and security needs back to product teams, and documents repeatable reference architectures and playbooks.

Applicants must have experience supporting system implementations, progressing IT projects, or proposing solutions for corporate customers, with an expected level of roughly two to three years. They must also be able to understand customer issues and organize them clearly and logically in written materials such as proposals or simple process diagrams, and show interest in proactively learning new technology and security topics.
