The position is a full-time employee role. The listed annual salary range is 4.5 million to 12 million JPY, determined according to experience and ability. A semiannual performance incentive is provided, and the annual salary includes prescribed overtime and late-night work allowances. Working hours are 10:00 to 19:00, with eight scheduled working hours and a 60-minute break from 13:00 to 14:00. Average monthly overtime is approximately 18.5 hours based on 2025 results.
The work locations are offices in Shibuya and Meguro, Tokyo. Both locations are generally smoke-free indoors, with designated heated-tobacco smoking rooms.
