The role designs and supports integrations among engineering applications, PLM/PDM platforms, ERP, MES, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, AWS-hosted applications, and analytics or reporting platforms. It supports API, ETL, middleware, and workflow automation solutions and helps maintain data consistency across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and financial systems.

Additional responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional designs and technical specifications, facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions, mapping current-state and future-state processes, coordinating functional and user acceptance testing, resolving issues, and developing recommendations for digital transformation initiatives.
