These systems require high reliability and availability, financial-regulation and security compliance, multi-tenant architecture, and support for large user bases. The business-development area provides fintech functions to business companies through APIs and applications. It includes new-service planning through requirements definition, API integration, white-label delivery, customer-specific customization, payments, points, and account connectivity. The card-business area covers development and operations for card systems such as member management, transaction statements, fraud detection, and points management. Daily responsibilities include client progress meetings and requirements negotiations, budget and resource coordination, schedule management, risk identification, issue management, team development support, vendor and internal development-team quality management, reviews of requirements-definition and external-design phases, test planning, service introduction, release work, and post-launch operations and maintenance. The stated scope of duties may change to company-defined work, mainly system development, project management, client negotiation, operations and maintenance, and quality management.
Applicants must have at least two years of practical experience in an IT project or in a development process related to system implementation. Preferred qualifications include the ability to connect customer requirements with development and coordinate delivery, experience and knowledge in planning, developing, or operating financial or banking systems, REST API design and OAuth2.0 knowledge, experience at a systems integrator, IT consultancy, or financial institution, experience planning or developing systems from the user-company side, and participation in iOS or Android mobile-app development projects.
The division works with group companies, external organizations, clients, vendors, and internal development teams. The role can begin with projects suited to the person’s experience and may progress to larger, more difficult projects or future managerial responsibility for business policy and organizational management. The team is also promoting the use of generative AI in its work.
