About this role

The Tech Lead will be a core member of the team developing Loglass Management, the company’s main cloud management product. The role leads feature development and product improvement while guiding a large-scale rearchitecture and redefinition of the product domain. The system is being redesigned to support rapidly increasing data volumes, more complex use cases, and future extensibility. The target platform connects customers’ data at its smallest level through to financial statements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and reviewing architecture decision records, driving technology selection, modeling and designing systems based on customer workflow interviews, improving the speed of data aggregation and analytical display screens, and carrying out regular refactoring. The role also leads projects within the development team, accelerates and automates the development workflow, and improves development processes across teams. Close collaboration with product managers and domain experts is expected, along with technical decisions that consider business strategy and long-term customer value.

The next-generation project is developing an AI-native SaaS product and applies AI-driven development from upstream design through implementation and quality assurance. The Tech Lead is expected to help establish this development approach while addressing trade-offs between system flexibility and end-user usability, including architecture design for long-term scalability.

Required qualifications include approximately five or more years of server-side web application development experience, experience with an agile development process, and experience leading technical decision-making and execution. In addition, candidates must have experience in at least one of the following areas: improving team processes, enablement, or automation to increase productivity; test design and writing test code, with approximately three or more years of experience; or refactoring or rearchitecting a legacy or large-scale system.

Experience in frontend development, development with statically typed languages, AI-assisted development, performance-focused coding, and technologies or practices such as TDD and DDD is welcomed. The team also values user-focused product development, willingness to contribute to business growth through recruiting, technical communication, or customer interviews, and the ability to give clear feedback that moves the team or business forward.

The listed development tools include Go, Kotlin, Rust, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Cursor, Claude Code, AWS, Kubernetes with EKS, Terraform, Aurora PostgreSQL, Datadog Synthetics, Playwright, Slack, Gather, Figma, Findy team+, Notion, diaglams.net, and Gemini. The team culture emphasizes trust and autonomy, intrinsic motivation, and transparency with attention to the best outcome for the product and company.
