Consulting Division Manager

The consulting division manager is responsible for expanding the physical AI market, growing the business, and delivering projects. The role supports reform across supply chains, logistics operations, manufacturing processes, and overseas factories.

For supply-chain cost reduction, the manager conducts site visits at overseas factories, interviews employees, and analyzes productivity to identify opportunities for improvement. The assessment extends beyond an individual factory to include product-level profit structures, product portfolios, and indirect costs, supporting reform across the entire supply chain.

For logistics structural reform and automation implementation, the manager designs distribution-site locations, facility scale, operating models, automation methods, and transition plans. After the initial concept is established, the role continues to support the introduction of automation solutions at individual sites and PMO activities.

For manufacturing-factory productivity reform, the manager interviews people involved in each manufacturing process and analyzes data to identify improvement opportunities. The work includes developing concepts for renewing automated warehouses, analyzing material volumes, and planning relocations. These activities support factory reform intended to increase production capacity with the existing workforce.

For overseas-factory automation planning, the manager organizes information about volumes and packaging formats and designs layouts, operations, equipment and IT, investment effects, and execution plans. The role supports the reform of overseas manufacturing sites operated by Japanese companies. The work location is Tokyo, Japan.
